This May, Hong Kong once again became a regional hub for healthcare innovation as the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) 2026 and the HKTDC Medical and Healthcare Fair 2026 took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). Bringing together government leaders, investors, healthcare providers, researchers, and innovators from around the world, the two events offered an excellent platform to explore emerging trends, forge strategic partnerships, and discover cutting-edge medical technologies.
As an annual thought-leadership programme, the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) brings together senior government officials, influential business leaders, investors, services providers and renowned academia to examine global trends in health innovation and investment, explore areas of global collaboration in the health arena and showcase new business opportunities and partnership for investors and project owners.
The 17th Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair, organised by the HKTDC and co-organised by the Hong Kong MedTech Association, serves as a comprehensive platform that brings together industry practitioners from around the world to foster global collaborations. The fair runs concurrently with the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH), jointly organised by the HKSAR Government and the HKTDC.
